The first five years at Iceni Homes have been exciting and have seen us successfully working in partnership with our member Housing Associations across Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk and achieving our goal of increasing the affordable housing provision for those who need it.
With a partnership agreement with Key Communities (a development consortium of
seven Registered Social Landlords including BPHA, a Homes and Communities Agency
development partner), we are facing a very bright future with strength and confidence.
Our focus continues to be on partnership working with the Homes and Communities Agency, local authorities including Parish and Town Councils, developers, contractors and all those that share our vision of building sustainable, well designed, high quality, and affordable homes for those in housing need.
